Our Exchange Policy is something we encourage should there be a product you may not be that crazy about or want to exchange for another size or color. We will provide free return shipping as well as free shipping on the new product as long as you contact Customer Care via phone or email. To ensure you get the new item before it sells out, we ask that you place an order for the new item right away. Once we have your new order number we can issue you a refund for your shipping costs and email you a return shipping label to send back the original garment that you purchased. We will ship out the new item right away and once we receive the original one back we can issue you a refund or store credit for the amount of the item.
